Blogging and Writing Challenges

I worked hard on these challenges so I'm bragging a little bit.
Here they are from most recent back into the past.

The people that host NaNoWriMo every November, also host a couple of "Camps" each year. I'm participating in the July camp. My goal? 50,000 words towards a complete novel. I'm using what's called the Snowflake Method to outline and buildup my story. It's working well for me.

Great challenge but I didn't succeed in getting through all 26 letters in the 30 days of April.

National Poetry Writing Month is April. This challenge was seriously hard for me. I didn't get very far but I'm proud of the poems that I did manage to write. If you're curious, go to the Poetry tab to read what I wrote during April 2013.

November is National Novel Writing Month. Me? Write a novel? I gave it shot. It's not worth publishing but it's a basic story line. With a lot, and I do mean a lot, of editing it will become something much better.

This was my first year participating in National Novel Writing Month. I'd never done anything like this before. Getting to 50,000 words was brain breaking. I barely made it. I made it though and that's what counts.
